YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Integration Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of healthcare integration solutions. You will work on both new and existing integrations, ensuring seamless communication between clinical and enterprise systems using modern integration technologies and interoperability standards.

In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that support critical healthcare operations. You will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies while contributing to projects that make a real impact on healthcare delivery.

What you can expect in this role:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain integration solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and support interfaces between clinical and business systems.
  • Develop and optimize integrations involving relational databases and PL/SQL.
  • Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Kafka.
  • Work with healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 FHIR and HL7 v2.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues while ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, best practices, and technical documentation.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot development.
  • Solid knowledge of PL/SQL, relational databases, and data integration concepts.
  • Experience with Kafka and familiarity with HL7 FHIR standards.
  • Experience with HL7 v2 and clinical systems in healthcare environments.
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and messaging standards.
  • Ability to work independently on both new developments and the maintenance of existing integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ways of working.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English.
