Position Purpose
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

What You'll Do & How You'll Make a Difference
- Lead assigned projects from initiation through implementation and post-project review.
- Partner with stakeholders and leadership to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success measures.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and communication plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring stakeholders remain informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and third-party partners to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation and contingency plans when necessary.
- Facilitate project meetings, drive issue resolution, and remove barriers impacting project success.
- Manage project scope, change requests, budgets, and timelines while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, recommendations, and executive-level updates.
- Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support organizational change management activities to promote project adoption and long-term success.
- Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities that support business innovation and efficiency.
- Mentor and provide guidance to project team members and less experienced project professionals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen project management processes, standards, and methodologies.

Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of related business, technology, systems, or operational experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing project schedules, resources, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to influence and gain cooperation across diverse teams and organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
