Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in data analysis using tools like Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL, along with proficiency in data visualization and scripting languages. A Master's or advanced technical degree is preferred, as is knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis.

Full description

We require a BIE who will help us make effective decisions based on data from multiple sources, compiling it and triangulating it into a digestible and actionable format. The BIE will use reports to analyze data, make sense of the results and be able to explain what it all means to key stakeholders. This individual will analyze large amounts of data, discover and solve real world problems and build metrics and business cases around key performance of this program. The candidate will use a customer backwards approach in deriving insights and identifying actions we can take to improve the customer experience and conversion for the program.

Day to Day analytical solution building for Cross Border Responsible to manage stakeholder needs of reporting and analytics.

Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools - Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared) - Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)

Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree - Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design - Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
