Main responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform regular analysis of business data; identify trends, anomalies, and insights
- Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for key business metrics
- Execute data quality checks and prepare structured correction recommendations
- Prepare statistical and operational reports for management audiences
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from functional stakeholders
- Document data sources, definitions, and reporting methodologies
2. Data Management & Governance
- Maintain and update data repositories, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Support data cleansing activities and resolve data integrity issues
- Assist in establishing and documenting data governance standards
- Manage data access requests and maintain permission records
- Support data migration and integration activities for new systems or processes
3. Dashboard & Visualization Development
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable visualizations
- Automate recurring reporting processes where possible
- Ensure dashboards are refreshed on schedule and data sources are validated
- Train end-users on dashboard navigation and self-service analytics capabilities
4. AI & Automation Support
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms for analytics workflows (e.g., generative AI, ML models)
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual data processing and reporting effort
- Leverage AI-assisted analytics to enhance data exploration, pattern recognition, and insight generation
- Support the integration of predictive analytics and AI models into existing reporting frameworks
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and share knowledge with team members
- Ensure responsible AI usage aligned with Mondelēz data governance and ethics policies
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting role
- Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and ERP systems preferred
- Exposure to AI/ML tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, predictive analytics, ChatGPT, Copilot) and willingness to adopt emerging technologies
- Strong analytical and data management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Ability to work with large datasets and cross-functional teams
- University degree (Bachelor's) in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Fluency in English; additional language is an advantage
