Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Experience in designing and implementing integration flows within cloud environments. - Strong troubleshooting skills for complex integration scenarios involving multiple systems. - Knowledge of API management, event-driven architecture, and middleware technologies. - Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. - Familiarity with automation tools to streamline support and monitoring tasks. -Must have 1 year E2E Implementation Experience.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
