  • Client Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Track and control project costs, ensuring delivery within approved financial parameters; provide regular cost forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal JLL specialists (e.g., sustainability, technology, workplace strategy).
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks (schedule delays, cost overruns, regulatory issues) and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Quality & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all work meets design specifications, safety standards, building codes, and sustainability goals (e.g., LEED, WELL).
  • Reporting & Communication: Deliver regular progress updates to clients and internal leadership through dashboards, meetings, and formal reports.
  • Closeout & Handover: Manage final inspections, punch lists, documentation, and client acceptance upon project completion.
