Job Description
This project focuses on developing solutions that support global organisations in protecting their workforce and ensuring business continuity. It aims to strengthen health, safety, and risk-management capabilities by leveraging modern technology, real-time insights, and preventive strategies. The team works on building reliable, secure, and scalable systems that help companies maintain operational resilience and respond effectively to critical events.
Responsibilities: 
- Develop, maintain, and enhance hybrid mobile applications using React Native and Expo;
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code;
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Backend Developers, Designers, and other stakeholders to review requirements, propose technical solutions, and estimate development efforts;
- Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly mobile experiences across various screen sizes and device types;
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability;
- Implement application monitoring, analytics, and performance tracking;
- Support localization and multilingual functionality;
- Maintain technical documentation, operational guides, and internal knowledge base.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong commercial experience with React Native;
- Hands-on experience with the Expo framework;
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies;
- Experience using Jira and Confluence;
- Understanding of mobile application architecture and best development practices;
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
Nice to Have
- Experience with native mobile development using Swift and/or Kotlin;
- Experience with mobile performance optimization and debugging;
- Familiarity with mobile analytics and monitoring tools;
- Experience publishing applications to the App Store and Google Play.
