About the Role

In this role, you will help shape how supply chain work is planned, coordinated, and improved in a robotics-focused environment. You will step into a position with broad influence, where leadership, structure, and operational understanding all matter. The assignment combines people leadership with process development and gives you the opportunity to contribute to how the organization plans ahead, prioritizes work, and makes well-grounded decisions.

You will work in a setting where medium-term planning, operational execution, and policy recommendations are all part of the bigger picture. A key part of the role is to create direction through managers, strengthen ways of working, and ensure that planning and development efforts support the business. Job Description

  • You will lead teams with a clear focus on operational planning and process development.
  • You will drive improvements in ways of working and help create efficient, sustainable processes.
  • You will contribute to budget responsibility and provide policy recommendations that support the function's goals.
  • You will work with medium-term planning to create structure, direction, and alignment across the area.
  • You will lead through first-line managers within the function and support them in delivering on priorities.
  • You will balance hands-on subject matter expertise with leadership to move the organization forward.

Requirements

  • Experience leading teams in a role that combines leadership with operational planning.
  • Strong background in process development and continuous improvement of ways of working.
  • Experience with budget responsibility and contributing policy recommendations.
  • Ability to work with medium-term planning in a functional area.
  • Experience managing through first-line managers.
  • Strong ability to balance leadership responsibilities with subject matter expertise.
  • Fluent English.
