ABOUT THE COMPANY:

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, as the team follows a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). You'll join dedicated professionals working on strategic projects within the financial sector, contributing to the development and enhancement of the IntelliMatch reconciliation platform.
You'll collaborate with international stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, identify process improvements, support functional testing, and help deliver high-quality solutions for a mission-critical reconciliation system used to automate and optimize financial transaction matching and exception management.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance business processes and system functionality.
- Work with Jira to manage requirements, track progress, and support Agile delivery.
- Participate in functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation of implemented solutions.
- Analyze reconciliation processes and support strategic initiatives related to financial operations.
- Create and maintain business and functional documentation.
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to system optimization.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Good understanding of financial services processes, including debits, credits, reconciliations, and payment operations.
- Previous experience in the banking, financial services, fintech, insurance, or payments domain.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and functional requirements.
- Experience working with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience participating in functional testing and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Eagerness to learn and work with the IntelliMatch reconciliation platform and support mission-critical financial reconciliation processes.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 3300 - 5000 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
