The Life-Cycle Process Engineer will define, introduce, and maintain NPI lifecycle process elements while capturing and documenting current processes. They are responsible for providing process visualization and facilitating stakeholder communication to capture requirements.

- Define, introduce, and maintain NPI lifecycle process elements
- Capture and document current processes
- Provide process visualization
- Distinguish between standard and exception
- Stakeholder communication for requirements capturing
- Enable quality assurance and document using Confluence
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering or comparable discipline
- Several years of experience in NPI, process engineering, systems engineering, or project environments
- Proven experience improving or deploying development and/or lifecycle processes
- Analytical thinking: Ability to understand complex processes and present them in a structured manner.
- Experience working in cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills: Conducting interviews, questioning information, and presenting results in Englisch and German
- Exposure to PLM/PDM or NPI‑related toolchains
- Methodological knowledge: Process modeling (BPMN, …) and documentation standards.
