Position Overview The NPI Manager serves as the central project leader for new product commercialization, partnering with Research & Development, Quality/Food Safety, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to successfully launch new products. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Related Field REQUIRED
  • Minimum 5 Years of Product Management, Project Management, or Product Commercialization Experience REQUIRED
  • Experience Leading End-to-End Product Commercialization or Product Launch Projects REQUIRED
  • Demonstrated Cross-Functional Project Leadership REQUIRED
  • Experience in Food Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) REQUIRED
