Position Overview The NPI Manager serves as the central project leader for new product commercialization, partnering with Research & Development, Quality/Food Safety, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to successfully launch new products. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product commercialization from concept through launch
- Manage multiple new product introduction projects simultaneously
- Develop integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and launch readiness plans
- Drive stage-gate execution and milestone readiness
- Coordinate plant trials, scale-up activities, validation, and commercial launch
- Develop and maintain SOPs supporting product commercialization
- Coordinate manufacturing readiness, equipment needs, and line modifications
- Serve as the central liaison between R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Related Field REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 Years of Product Management, Project Management, or Product Commercialization Experience REQUIRED
- Experience Leading End-to-End Product Commercialization or Product Launch Projects REQUIRED
- Demonstrated Cross-Functional Project Leadership REQUIRED
- Experience in Food Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) REQUIRED
- Experience Managing Plant Trials, Scale-Up, Validation, and Commercial Launch Activities REQUIRED
- Strong Project Planning, Stage-Gate, Risk Management, and Manufacturing Readiness Experience REQUIRED
- Willingness to Travel 10-15% to Manufacturing Facilities REQUIRED
