As a Product Manager - Platforms, you will play a key role in shaping the strategy and roadmap for our B2B platform, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions that create real value for our business customers and the wider business. Day to day:

  • Develop and implement product strategies for the platform, aligned with the company's vision and business

objectives

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap for the platform
  • Gather, analyse, and prioritise requirements from B2B customers, stakeholders, and the business
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop product plans, strategic initiatives, and future roadmaps
  • Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing optimisation
  • Ensure product releases are delivered on schedule and aligned to agreed priorities
  • Monitor product performance and track key metrics aligned to business outcomes
  • Use customer feedback, data, experiments, surveys, interviews, and A/B testing to inform product decisions
  • Identify product risks and opportunities and proactively recommend solutions
  • Create recommendations to expand the platform's offering and strengthen its market position
  • Work closely with UX Designers to deliver exceptional experiences for our B2B customers
  • Drive continuous improvement through agile product management methodologies

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 4+ years' experience working as a Product Manager or in a related product role
  • Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent professional experience
  • Experience managing products throughout the full product lifecycle
  • Strong experience working within Agile environments
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product outcomes
  • Proven ability to create and maintain product roadmaps and strategic plans
  • Experience using customer insights, analytics, and metrics to drive product decisions
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support teams
  • Experience conducting product research, experimentation, testing, and validation activities
  • Demonstrated customer-centric mindset, ideally within a B2B context, and commitment to delivering excellent user experiences
