Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced, senior level Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content across our diverse portfolio, spanning healthcare, imaging/cameras, and other business divisions. You'll own design work from start to finish, covering print collateral, digital assets and short form video content, while keeping our brand consistent across every touchpoint.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Design print materials (brochures, packaging, POS/retail displays, trade show collateral) for multiple product divisions
  • Create and maintain web/digital assets (banners, landing pages, email templates, social media graphics)
  • Edit short form videos (product demos, social content, internal comms) with basic motion graphics
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and regional teams to translate briefs into on brand visual output
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time across divisions with varying brand guidelines and audiences
  • Ensure design consistency, quality control and adherence to brand standards across all divisions
  • Stay current on design trends relevant to healthcare and consumer imaging/tech industries

 

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital/web design work
  • Experience designing for multiple brands or divisions, or in a fast paced agency/vendor environment, is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with cross functional and regional teams

Web & Digital Design

  • Adobe XD
  • Sketch (nice to have)
  • Canva

Video Editing & Motion Graphics basics

  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • CapCut or similar short form video tools (nice to have)

 

General/Productivity

  • Microsoft PowerPoint (for presentation design/templates)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare or consumer electronics/imaging industries
  • Familiarity with Procreate or other illustration tools
  • Basic 3D/product mockup software (e.g., Dimension, Blender) a plus
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email templates or landing pages
