Business Intelligence Analyst - Intermediate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst – Intermediate based in Brazil.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support strategic data initiatives and help transform complex information into meaningful business insights. You will contribute to the design and development of analytical data products, dashboards, reporting solutions, and data models. Working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, you will combine data analysis, visualization, and statistical techniques to address business needs. You will gather and translate requirements into effective analytical solutions while engaging with stakeholders throughout project delivery. Your ability to communicate findings through clear data storytelling will help decision-makers understand trends, opportunities, and performance. This is a fully remote opportunity offering the flexibility to contribute from anywhere in India.

Accountabilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and actionable business insights.

• Design, develop, optimize, and maintain advanced Power BI solutions, dashboards, and reporting products.

• Apply a broad range of data visualization techniques to communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively.

• Develop data models and analytical solutions that support strategic business and operational objectives.

• Gather, clarify, and document requirements for analytical projects in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into scalable and user-focused BI solutions.

• Present analytical findings using effective data storytelling techniques to support informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders throughout the development and delivery of data products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing advanced Power BI solutions.

• 5+ years of experience applying a comprehensive range of data visualization techniques.

• 5+ years of experience analyzing large and complex datasets.

• 5+ years of experience presenting analytical findings and using data storytelling techniques.

• 5+ years of experience gathering, understanding, documenting, and developing requirements for analytical projects.

• Strong knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, data visualization, data modeling, and statistical analysis.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear business insights.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and remote environment.
