This IT Engineering team provides 24/5 support for applications using modern technology, aiding internal business functions. Collaboration occurs with various teams and units to ensure application support and services delivery.

As a Systems Support Engineer, oversee support for cloud and on-premises applications. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to understand IT application needs. Troubleshoot issues, guide the team, and deliver effective resolutions.
As a Systems Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support and mentorship for SAAS/Linux/on-prem application engineers within the team.
- Owning the problem resolution and collaborating with internal support, operations and engineering teams to investigate and troubleshoot complex problems.
- Understanding architecture, establishing processes, and undefined technical issues on on-premises and cloud applications.
- Providing expertise in supporting HCM data migration, Extracts, and reports.
- Collaborating with BSA, Developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and support the HCM application.
- Identifying and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 2+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering or relevant fields.
- Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, such as Core HR, ORC, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning Journeys, and Alerts.
- Execute comprehensive data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud using essential tools like HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL.
- Build custom reports and business processes using SQL, PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI proficiently.
- Develop and manage Oracle Cloud integrations using OIC, SOA, REST APIs, or equivalent middleware solutions with demonstrated expertise.
- Understand HCM data structures, security profiles, role-based access, and user interface personalizations for architecture, security, and customization purposes.
- Debug, analyze, and resolve intricate Oracle HCM system issues using exceptional technical problem-solving and analytical abilities.
