We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on healthcare operations. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop strategies, and implement changes that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope
- Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for further improvement
- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in project management and process improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus
