This role offers the opportunity to lead the growth strategy of a high-impact fintech product within a rapidly evolving travel technology environment.You will own key product experiences that drive customer adoption, activation, and long-term engagement.The position sits at the intersection of product strategy, experimentation, data, and customer experience.You will shape the roadmap for a critical product area and influence how businesses interact with modern travel and spend solutions.Working with cross-functional teams, you will turn complex challenges into scalable product experiences.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced product leader who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and creates measurable business impact.

Accountabilities: The Staff Product Manager will own the growth product strategy and execution for a core product experience, driving adoption through thoughtful product decisions, experimentation, and collaboration. This role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify high-impact opportunities across the customer journey.

  • Own the growth product roadmap, including onboarding experiences, activation flows, in-product engagement opportunities, and customer adoption initiatives.
  • Drive improvements across the customer funnel, from initial interest through activation and repeat usage.
  • Design, prioritize, and execute product experiments that generate measurable growth outcomes.
  • Analyze customer behavior, identify friction points, and deliver solutions that improve the overall product experience.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality product improvements.
  • Establish clear product priorities and make strategic decisions based on customer needs, business goals, and data insights.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of ambiguous problems and transform them into clear product strategies and actionable plans.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in growth-focused product management and a proven ability to scale customer-facing experiences. The role requires excellent judgment, strategic thinking, experimentation expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a strong track record in growth or activation-focused product roles.
  • Demonstrated success owning product funnels and improving adoption through product-led initiatives.
  • Experience working on consumer or prosumer products with measurable growth outcomes.
  • Strong experimentation skills, including designing tests, analyzing results, and making data-informed decisions.
  • Ability to identify high-leverage opportunities across onboarding, activation, and engagement experiences.
  • Strong product judgment with the ability to prioritize effectively and communicate decisions clearly.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams.
  • Fintech, payments, card products, or financial technology experience is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and significant ownership.
