Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role is part of the Digital Solutions & Analytics team within Global Ops Finance, specifically supporting the Global End to End Waste team on data, reporting, analytics, and digital tools. This role will interact with a wide range of software including: Tableau, Teradata, Power Apps, SharePoint, Power BI, Alteryx and Azure. The person will be responsible for creating and maintaining scorecards, metrics & KPIs, uncovering insights to identify potential areas of productivity savings and ensuring proper data integration.

Your Impact

As SC Fin Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Build capability for the End to End Waste initiative by [Execute]:
  • Be the owner/SME for waste related data (raw materials, manufacturing, warehouse, selling, and other)
  • Partner with sector analysts to understand key waste drivers
  • Develop and maintain Global E2E Waste Scorecard, Snacks Material Waste Scorecard, Beverages Material Waste Scorecard
  • Data storytelling and be able to turn data into actionable insights
  • Create cause of change
  • Support IDF integration team as the point person for Global Ops Data as it relates to End to End Waste
  • Learn and integrate new capabilities (PowerBI, Tableau) to enhance existing and future work-streams. [Execute]
  • Provide insightful analysis and perform ad-hoc analyses for leadership team [Make decisions, provide consultations to sector teams and execute actions relative to the accountabilities]
  • Cross functional / sector collaboration to drive synergy on data analytics works-steams [Make decisions, provide consultations to sector teams and execute actions relative to the accountabilities]

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience with bachelor’s degree preferably in Data & Analytics, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain
  • Prior experiences and knowledge in one or more key PepsiCo Financial/Operation area (e.g. SC Finance, Ops related support - Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing) either at a Corporate or Sector/Site level
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics and modeling utilizing PowerBI or Tableau, 1+ years of experience in Alteryx and PowerApps; Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven proficiency in attention to detail, schedule management and organizational skills. This includes the ability to work in a very fast paced environment with multiple initiatives at various stages at any one time, ability to handle many workstreams at once
  • Embraces technology and systems as a means of driving efficiency in reporting
  • Change management skills including development and execution of culturally-aligned change management strategies and targeted plans
  • Proven team player with the capability to collaborate with various teams and influence others ; coordination & collaboration skills required to manage a wide network
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills; ; self-motivated and self-managed, also able to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with different levels of the organization; develops persuasive, focused communications to enable management decisions
  • Integrity, a high sense of accountability, and a strong work ethic
