Senior Financial Analyst

Are you a strategic finance professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges and influencing decision-making? As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll partner directly with IT leaders to oversee financial planning, evaluate technology investments and provide insights that help drive decisions across one of Uline's largest and fastest-growing departments.

This role offers the opportunity to expand your impact while preparing you for future leadership roles.

Position Responsibilities 

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis while advancing automation and process improvements across Uline's enterprise-scale IT portfolio.
  • Analyze technology spending trends, identifying risks and opportunities while providing strategic recommendations to IT leadership.
  • Develop executive-level financial reports and presentations that translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Partner with IT, Procurement and business leaders to influence financial strategy, capital planning and technology investment decisions.
  • Conduct vendor health assessments and evaluate potential new IT vendors.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.
  • 4+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, accounting, analytics or similar.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze and interpret large data sets.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
