About the Role:

 

The AI Technical Product Manager is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, developing, and delivering AI-powered solutions that improve business outcomes and accelerate digital transformation. This role plays a critical part in advancing the organization's AI strategy by championing innovation, driving adoption, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable business impact.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive AI product roadmap for internal ecosystems and applications, aligning with organizational objectives and IT strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and requirements based on business needs and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ecosystems and applications-related IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gather requirements from various departments to understand business processes and identify areas for ecosystems and applications system improvements.
  • Support proof-of-concept development and experimentation with new AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to design and implement scalable, secure AI solutions.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure quality through testing, UAT, and performance monitoring post-deployment.
  • Convert business needs into comprehensive technical specifications, ensuring clarity for development teams to effectively implement solutions; Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and validate technical feasibility, enhancing overall project outcomes; Maintain a repository of specifications and documentation to support future enhancements and knowledge transfer.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field
  • Experience managing technical or AI-related projects, typically gained over 3+ years, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on project work.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT or AI projects on time and within budget.
  • Advanced Python expertise, including Pandas for ETL workflows

Experience with TD SYNNEX development tools (IDP, DevStudio, NexChat) preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Project management, High volume fast paced logistics experience, Attentional to detail, Technical knowledge of conveyor and networking systems.
  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
  • Able to interact effectively with high levels of management (managers & above.)
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

 

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
