Full description
Would you like to be part of the team shaping how millions of users interact with e-commerce platforms every day?
At Doofinder, we build technology that enhances the search experience in e-commerce, helping thousands of online stores increase their sales. We are a multidisciplinary product team that values critical thinking, autonomy, and execution excellence.
We’re not a large corporation nor an improvised startup. We have traction, product culture, and work to create our own meaningful growth opportunities.
We’re looking for a Product Manager who can take full ownership of product areas end-to-end—from discovery to delivery—balancing user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact. Someone equally comfortable defining priorities, writing clear requirements, collaborating with design and engineering, and making daily trade-offs to ship great products.
If you thrive on turning ideas into real, high-quality products that users love, this might be your place.
What We Expect From You
- Ownership: You take full responsibility for your product area—from roadmap definition to daily execution.
- Pragmatism: You know how to balance long-term vision with short-term impact and deliver value incrementally.
- Product Sense: You have a strong eye for good UX and design. You can spot what feels "off" in a flow and work with designers to make it right.
- Execution Focus: You turn strategy into actionable plans, manage backlogs, write clear specs, and ensure delivery happens on time and with quality.
- Analytical Thinking: You rely on data and insight to inform decisions, prioritize effectively, and measure impact.
- Collaboration: You build strong relationships with engineers, designers, and stakeholders, fostering alignment and shared ownership.
- Adaptability: You’re comfortable working on different product lifecycle stages—from launching new features to refining mature ones.
- Continuous Improvement: You look for ways to optimize processes, tools, and team communication to make everyone’s work more efficient.
Responsibilities
- Own one or several core areas of the Doofinder product.
- Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product requirements and well-structured backlogs.
- Prioritize work based on impact, effort, and alignment with product goals.
- Collaborate daily with Engineering and Design to define, refine, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Validate ideas and iterate fast based on user feedback and data.
- Define and track key product metrics to evaluate success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure design quality: understand UX principles and collaborate closely with designers to refine interactions and usability.
- Keep stakeholders informed and aligned, clearly communicating priorities, progress, and results.
- Support the evolution of Doofinder’s product practices, helping shape a pragmatic, user-focused product culture.
What We’re Looking For
- +4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or B2B digital products.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and modern product management tools (Jira, Linear, Productboard).
- Strong experience managing product delivery: backlog management, release planning, and coordination with tech and design.
- Solid understanding of UX and interaction design principles—you don’t need to design, but you know what "good" looks like.
- Comfortable using analytics to make decisions (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills—you can synthesize complex information and get everyone on the same page.
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a must.
Bonus Qualities
- Background in e-commerce, search, or data-driven products.
- Technical literacy — you understand APIs, integrations, and how SaaS products are built.
