Scope:
- We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our team developing and supporting Network Supply Chain Solutions that enable organizations and their trading partners to collaborate and manage complex supply chain processes.
- The Senior QA Engineer will ensure the quality and reliability of network-based supply chain applications through functional, integration, end-to-end, and automated testing. This role requires strong QA and automation expertise, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand complex supply chain workflows and system integrations.
What you will do:
- Design and execute test strategies and test plans for Network Supply Chain Solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated tests and regression suites to improve coverage and testing efficiency.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across complex supply chain workflows.
- Validate integrations, data flows, and interoperability between supply chain participants and connected systems.
- Analyze requirements, identify quality risks, and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Investigate and troubleshoot defects and automated test failures in collaboration with Development teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and collaborate closely with Development, Product Management, and other QA teams.
- Support release validation and provide quality assessments for new releases.
- Continuously improve QA processes, automation, and testing practices, including the use of AI and other modern technologies.
- Share technical and domain knowledge and mentor other QA engineers.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in software QA and testing.
- Strong experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Hands-on experience with test automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
- Experience testing complex enterprise applications and system integrations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with network-based supply chain or supply chain collaboration solutions.
- Experience with interoperability and system integrations.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar automation frameworks.
- Experience with Java or another programming language used for test automation.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Jenkins, Git/GitHub, JIRA, and API testing.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve QA and automation productivity.
