Are you passionate about creating exceptional resident experiences while leading a successful affordable housing community? Ruby Vista is a 98-unit LIHTC community looking for an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Manager who thrives on building relationships, developing teams, and making a positive impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our 98-unit LIHTC affordable housing community.
  • Build strong relationships with residents by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving concerns with professionalism and compassion.
  • Partner closely with the Resident Services Coordinator to promote resident engagement, community programming, and long-term resident success.
  • Oversee leasing, renewals, resident certifications, move-ins, and move-outs while maintaining strong occupancy and resident retention.
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, and all applicable federal, state, and company regulations.
  • Manage the property's financial performance, including budgeting, rent collections, reporting, and expense management.
  • Lead, coach, and support the onsite team while partnering with maintenance to ensure timely work orders, quality unit turns, and excellent curb appeal.

What You'll Bring

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Three or more years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
  • Experience with LIHTC compliance and affordable housing programs.
  • A resident-first mindset with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a successful team.
  • Experience managing property budgets, financial performance, and operational goals.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
