Your tasks

As a Project Manager (m/f/d) in our Innovation & Development Team, you will be the driving force behind projects and help our cross-functional expert teams transform initial concept ideas into great products such as headphones, soundbars, and HiFi speakers. In this position, you will work with a wide range of experts across acoustic engineering, electronics, user experience, mechanical design, and software. You will take ownership of pre-development projects and drive them from early exploration to a clearly defined product concept. You will be joining an open culture with a dedicated can-do attitude. Our excellent, customer-centered development team operates in a fast-paced environment with a very high project output.• Lead multiple early-stage (pre-development) projects

  • Structure and moderate concept development and decision-making processes
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure clear documentation, task tracking, and reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across acoustics, electronics, UX, mechanics, and software
  • Create and maintain project timelines and milestones, ensuring structured planning across all phases
  • Support and facilitate team decision-making and problem-solving processes

Your profile

  • Proven experience in project management (3+ years), ideally in product development or pre-development environments
  • Strong understanding of early-stage development processes (ideation, concept development, PoC, specification)
  • Excellent moderation and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)

This position is a fixed-term parental leave cover of 12 months. It is a full-time position with 40 hours per week and is remunerated with an annual gross salary of between €53.000 - € 58.000 depending on professional experience and qualifications. Contact information
