We invite a proactive and highly collaborative Intermediate Business Analyst to join our team. You’ll contribute to a payments-focused fintech platform that enables secure and efficient financial transactions between bank accounts across the U.S. You’ll play a key role in shaping requirements and supporting delivery to improve payment experiences for merchants and customers.

✅ Is that you?

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile development environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, or SAFe), backlog management, prioritization, and estimation techniques
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management, user stories, and workflow tracking
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ability to gather, analyze, and clarify incomplete or ambiguous business requirements
• Ability to write clear user stories and ticket descriptions with well-defined acceptance criteria
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness
• Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

• Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or other highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with payment gateways, card processing, or ACH
• Technical background in software development or quality assurance
• Scrum Master or Agile facilitation experience

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll act as a bridge between business and technical teams, helping align priorities, shape the backlog, and support clear, effective delivery of requirements.

• Partner with the Product Owner and Product Manager to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, ticket descriptions, and acceptance criteria
• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements, resolving gaps and ambiguities
• Act as liaison between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and resolving conflicting priorities
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager, Architect, and development team to support planning and delivery
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Scrum events
• Support estimation activities and maintain a high-quality product backlog
• Drive process improvements to enhance backlog quality and delivery efficiency
• Create and maintain documentation to ensure transparency and alignment
