Full description

Your mission

  • Design, support and test of moderate to high complexity software for embedded systems;
  • Creation of technical specifications for new products together with the hardware team;
  • Conception and programming of embedded software based on real time operating systems;
  • Review and document the code, utilizing peer-review tools;
  • Design and debug firmware;
  • Work in close collaboration with the hardware team;
  • Automatic close loop control algorithms design and implementation in embedded systems;
  • Embedded system components driver design ;
  • Firmware design for Microchip based products;
  • VHDL implementation; 
  • Design of closed loop control algorithms on fixed point/float point DSPs;
  • Root cause analysis in software architectures.

Your profile

  • Advanced engineering knowledge, proven software design, development and verification aptitude.
  • Capable of writing good software requirements that satisfy system expectations;
  • Advanced problem solving & troubleshooting skills and analytical calculation skills;
  • Full knowledge of software engineering lifecycles and quality process;
  • C/C++ language for embedded hardware and relevant design environment;
  • Electronics hardware knowledge is required;
  • Solid knowledge in specialized technical field or product family or wide spectrum of general knowledge;
  • Awareness of new technologies and new tools usage in the industry;
  • Advanced written/verbal communication skills and presentation skills; advanced teamwork abilities;
  • VHDL Configuration design for Intel/Altera/Xilinx/Lattice FPGAs is considered as plus;
  • Knowledge of web development technologies will be considered an advantage.
