Who are we looking for?
Our Property and Building team is growing, and we are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary facilities and infrastructure projects. This role is based in Ottawa, with flexibility to work from any of our GTA offices.
This position requires a balance of project leadership and technical oversight, with a strong focus on design integration, delivery execution, and client advisory.
Working within our Decommissioning & Demolition team, you will
- Support and help grow our team in Ontario while working on a diverse range of clients and engineering projects including demolition and building renovation projects throughout Canada
- Act as the project manager for existing and future demolition and closure projects
- Actively participate in business development initiatives to help grow our business in the Ontario market
- Supervise and coordinate multi-discipline project teams
- Produce design calculations and contribute to the formulation of design concepts and technical specifications
- Assist in quantity take-off and cost estimating assignments
- Deliver and be accountable for technical assignments
- Lead the preparation of tenders and proposals
- Participate in field investigations including material take-offs, existing conditions assessments and sampling for hazardous materials
- Develop your decision-making, communication and technical skills

- The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $110,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
