About the team & role
A Senior Product Manager in the Payments and Co-branded Credit Card charter works closely with internal product teams, payment partners and banks, UX researchers and designers, data science and analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders to contribute to the payments and co-branded credit card roadmap. The role focuses on executing payment-led growth initiatives and improving customer experience by enabling seamless, reliable, and convenient payment solutions for our users
What will you get to do here?
- Establish & own long term vision for payment led growth products & co-brand credit cards at Swiggy while strategizing , planning and influencing to deliver on the planned roadmap
- Partnering with business, payment aggregators, finance, operations, product, marketing, supply and Analytics teams to deliver on the roadmap while unlocking long term value for our customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategic roadmaps across Swiggy's focus areas based on the AOP targets and execute as per the aligned roadmaps
- Collaborate with product teams across the org to ideate and find win-win-win solutions on common objectives’ across multiple categories and product lines impacted
- Manage, facilitate and nurture team members at all levels to design and build differentiated experience for Foster a culture of innovation & learning with high emphasis on sustainable rituals
- Determine the targets / success metrics for the org based on the organizational strategy and be the custodian for these metrics.
What qualities are we looking for?
- Minimum 6+ years of work experience in Product Management with extensive experience in user research, consumer backward thinking, design thinking and building consumer experiences in the e-commerce/ consumer internet industry.
- Experience in core consumer experience products would be a huge plus
- Experience in payment product integration related to payment led growth & platform payment features would be plus.
- Must have a deep understanding of the broader ecommerce/consumer internet ecosystem, new technologies and their applications to improve payment experience.
- Must have a deep understanding of the experimentation - A/B testing & analysing the results.
- Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality data products in large internet companies impacting millions of users.
- Well versed with running experiments & is considered an expert in analyzing data, showcasing a deep understanding of the 360-degree interaction effects and potential long-term impacts, can cull out the unknowns and hedge against them.
- Highly customer-obsessed thinking with a deep understanding of customer needs and aspirations
