This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Staff Technical Product Marketing Manager, AI based in United States.

This is a high-impact product marketing leadership role focused on defining how AI infrastructure and production systems are understood by the market. You will shape positioning and messaging for AI-native companies, research organizations, and enterprises adopting AI at scale. Working across product, engineering, sales, marketing, developer relations, and communications, you will influence both product strategy and go-to-market execution. The role requires deep technical fluency and the ability to turn complex AI concepts into compelling narratives for developers, architects, platform teams, and business leaders. You will own major launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and external thought leadership. This is an opportunity to help define an emerging category and influence how reliable AI-powered systems are built and operated in production.

Accountabilities

  • Define and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for AI-related use cases across AI-native startups, AI research organizations, and enterprises adopting AI.
  • Develop compelling narratives explaining how modern workflow and infrastructure solutions support AI workflows, agents, LLM orchestration, human-in-the-loop systems, and long-running AI processes.
  • Lead competitive intelligence across AI infrastructure, orchestration, workflow engines, and adjacent technology platforms, identifying market trends and opportunities.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer and market insights into product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Plan and execute product launches, announcements, and go-to-market strategies for AI capabilities and use cases.
  • Create high-quality external and internal content, including web pages, blogs, solution briefs, case studies, presentations, sales materials, and technical enablement resources.
  • Equip sales and solutions teams with differentiated messaging, pitch narratives, technical positioning, and objection-handling guidance for AI-focused opportunities.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, developer relations, communications, and other marketing functions to maintain consistent AI positioning across channels.
  • Serve as an internal subject-matter expert on AI market developments, customer needs, buyer personas, competitive dynamics, and emerging use cases.
  • Measure the effectiveness of messaging and go-to-market initiatives using customer feedback, market response, and performance data, continuously refining the approach.
  • Influence senior-level product and go-to-market strategy while operating with broad ownership and a strong focus on business impact.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a strategic product marketer with ownership of end-to-end product marketing for complex, technical products.
  • Deep familiarity with AI, machine learning, data platforms, or related technologies, particularly in developer-facing, infrastructure, or enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to market sophisticated technical products to developers, platform teams, architects, and other highly technical audiences.
  • Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, differentiated, and compelling messaging without oversimplifying them.
  • Proven storytelling abilities and experience creating narratives that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success influencing product direction, positioning, and go-to-market strategy at a senior level.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience partnering closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing leadership.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
  • Strategic thinker who can move between market-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Strong understanding of AI market trends, customer challenges, production AI use cases, and the evolving infrastructure landscape.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to learn new technologies, challenge conventional thinking, and take ownership of new initiatives.
