Responsible for software testing, validation, and trouble shoot intensive insulin management products. Responsible for performing critical analysis of field issues to identify product-specific concerns and deliver detailed issue summaries utilizing tools such as AWS CloudWatch, AWS Athena, AWS Lambda and S3, ELK (Elastic Stack), Jira, ServiceNow, Oracle, and MySQL. Utilize connectivity protocols, including Bluetooth, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) sockets, serial communication, and Wi-Fi networks, to diagnose and resolve communication issues between devices. Utilize design & development of the automation frameworks including Hybrid and Data Driven. Utilize Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and build integration tools including Jenkins. Create & implement test scripts for performing performance testing using JMeter and Charles proxy. Design and develop functional testing of end-to-end flows which involves mobile apps and leverage Application Programming Interface (API) services. Leverage Internet of Things (IoT) platform to develop and drive end-to-end validation using tools including Structured Query Language (SQL/MySQL), Representational State Transfer (REST), and Simple Object Access Protocol User Interface (SOAP UI). Telecommuting may be permitted up to 2 days/week. Salary range: $132,912.00 - $137,912.00

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelors’ Degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics, Electrical, Software, or Computer Engineering or related engineering or technical field and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a Software or Technical Lead Engineer or related occupation.

Must possess at least five (5) years’ experience with each of the following:

- AWS CloudWatch, AWS Athena, AWS Lambda and S3, ELK, and Oracle.

- Bluetooth, TCP/IP sockets, Serial communication, and Wi-Fi networks.

- Design & development of automation frameworks including Hybrid and Data Driven

- Jenkins.

- Creating and implementing test scripts for performing performance testing.

- Functional testing of end-to-end flows involving mobile and API services.

- End-to-end validation using SQL, MySQL, REST, and SOAP UI.

Salary range for U.S. (excl. PR) locations (USD): $132,912.00 - $137,912.00
