About the role
- We’re seeking a Data Systems Engineer with 5+ years of experience designing, integrating, and maintaining ERP data solutions—primarily in SAP (or equivalent ERP). You’ll own data flows that support Sales and Purchasing operations, ensuring master data quality, reliable integrations, accurate reporting, and smooth system performance. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver scalable data capabilities.
What you bring::
- 5+ years of experience in ERP data systems engineering, data integration, or ERP
- configuration closely tied to data flows.
- Advanced English is mandatory for this role, as you will be working with a client fully in English.
- Proven ERP experience (strongly preferred: SAP; acceptable: other major ERPs with
- similar capabilities).
- Experience supporting Sales and/or Purchasing processes and the associated data objects.
- Handson experience with at least one of the following:
- Integration platforms (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI/BTP, middleware)
- ETL/ETLstyle tools or scripting for data loads and transformations
- API-based integrations and/or EDI workflows
- Strong understanding of:
- ERP master data concepts and governance
- Data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- Business process to data relationships
- Ability to analyze issues in logs/mappings and drive structured problem solving.
