Ventia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of industrial and electrical distribution projects, with opportunities to also work on renewable energy initiatives, including solar farm developments.

About the Role
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects. Depending on the size and complexity of the work, you may be managing anywhere from one large-scale project through to five or six smaller projects concurrently.
The majority of your work will be focused on industrial and distribution infrastructure, with the opportunity to contribute to renewable energy projects as they arise.
About You
We're looking for a motivated and solutions-focused professional who enjoys working in a dynamic project environment.
You may bring:
- Experience delivering projects within industrial, electrical, utilities, distribution, or infrastructure environments.
- Renewable energy or solar farm project experience, which would be highly regarded.
- A strong site-based background, having progressed from the tools into a supervisory or leadership role is an advantage
- Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects safely and efficiently.
- A formal Project Management qualification is advantageous, but we are equally interested in candidates who have built strong project delivery experience through hands-on operational and supervisory roles.
