Senior Flutter Developer (iOS & Android)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, mobile application architecture, native Android development, hardware integrations, design patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

This role requires a highly skilled engineer capable of independently leading mobile development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design and develop high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable Flutter widgets and modules.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and intuitive mobile experiences.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure platform consistency across multiple device types and operating system versions.

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Define and implement scalable mobile architectures using MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel).
• Design applications following Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and best practices.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to create maintainable and extensible solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical decision-making, and code quality initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

State Management

• Design and implement application state management using: • Provider (Mandatory)
• ChangeNotifier
• Dependency Injection patterns

Hardware & Native Integration

• Develop and maintain integrations with hardware devices and peripherals.
• Integrate device capabilities such as: • Bluetooth/BLE
• NFC
• Barcode/QR Scanners
• Cameras
• Printers
• GPS/Location Services
• External Hardware Devices

• Troubleshoot issues involving native Android layers and Flutter interoperability.

API & Backend Integration

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Work with offline-first architectures and local data persistence solutions.
• Handle synchronization between mobile applications and backend systems.

Quality & Performance

• Write unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
• Ensure high application performance, security, and reliability.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and analytics solutions.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
