JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Financial Analyst I, EHC, plays a key role in supporting the financial management and decision-making processes within the organization. This entry-level position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments to ensure financial goals are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Compile and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
  • Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Work closely with more senior financial analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial plans.
  • Extract meaningful insights from financial and operational data.
  • Assist in conducting cost-benefit analysis for various projects.
  • Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models to simulate different scenarios.
  • Assist in analyzing the financial impact of proposed projects or initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Document financial processes and procedures.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as requested by management.
  • Provide insights into specific financial issues or inquiries.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree required.
