About the role:
You’ll be part of the IT Operations team supporting our warehouse, production, and office locations across Poland. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations at our logistics and manufacturing sites while acting as the local point of contact for employees and site managers.
You’ll travel regularly between our locations to provide hands-on support, coordinate local IT projects, and ensure that systems, devices, and infrastructure are operating reliably.
What you’ll do
- Provide local and remote IT support to employees across our warehouse, manufacturing, and office locations in Poland
- Travel between sites to perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, support projects, and build strong relationships with local teams
- Follow existing IT processes and help improve them through documentation, standardization, and automation
- Ensure workstations, mobile devices, printers, scanners, warehouse equipment, and local infrastructure are functioning reliably
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues before they impact business operations
- Support the availability, security, and compliance of local IT systems and collaborate with central IT teams and external providers
- Provide support through our ticketing system, remote support tools, and on-site visits, handling incidents and service requests across support levels 1 to 3
- Manage hardware lifecycle processes including deployment, replacements, repairs, and asset tracking
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including user accounts, devices, access rights, and workplace setup
- Support warehouse and production systems, ensuring business-critical operations remain uninterrupted
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, procedures, and site-specific configurations
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when on-site support or infrastructure work is required

What you offer us
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of macOS and windows environments, Google Workspace, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management
- Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a strong advantage
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills with a practical and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
- Experience working with ticketing systems, asset management tools, and IT documentation
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks across multiple locations
- Willingness to travel regularly between sites throughout Poland
- Valid driving license (Category B) and confidence driving between locations
- Fluent English and Polish; German is a plus
- Comfortable working primarily on-site rather than remotely
