Full description

Business transformation is never just about delivering a project. It's about helping customers make lasting changes, ensuring new ways of working take root, and creating measurable business value.

We are looking for Project Managers to join Sofigate's Business & Technology Transformation business stream. As a Project Manager at Sofigate, you will lead and support customer transformation initiatives across different industries. You will combine business understanding, technology, people leadership, and AI-enabled ways of working to ensure that transformations deliver measurable business outcomes, become embedded in day-to-day operations, and continue creating value long after implementation.

We are looking for someone with strong business acumen who understands that successful project delivery is only the beginning. You are genuinely interested in ensuring that customers achieve lasting benefits from the transformation. You also have a commercial mindset: you recognize opportunities to create additional value for the customer and proactively collaborate with our sales teams to develop those opportunities further.

What you will do

  • Lead impactful transformation initiatives with Sofigate’s customers
  • Facilitate collaboration between business and technology stakeholders
  • Help customers realize business value through adoption, continuous improvement, and operational development
  • Identify new customer value opportunities together with our sales teams
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and quality
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex situations and decision-making
  • Utilize modern tools, including AI-supported ways of working, to enhance project delivery and insights

What we value

You will succeed in this role if you have:

  • Relevant experience in leading business and technology transformation projects
  • Understanding of change management and the people side of transformation
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and connect project delivery to business outcomes, operational adoption, and long-term value creation.
  • You are an entrepreneurial, open-minded team player with good facilitation and communication skills.
  • Confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in business technology solution projects. Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce or other SaaS platforms is considered an advantage
  • Proven ability with project management and/or agile methodologies
  • Curiosity to explore new technologies and apply AI in your daily work to create business value, with continuous eagerness to learn and expand your skills.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Finnish and English

We value experience, but we also recognize potential. If you are eager to dare, care, and grow, we'd love to hear from you.

What we offer

  • Challenging and meaningful customer assignments across industries
  • A collaborative and highly experienced professional community
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth
  • Flexibility and hybrid working model
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Well-being services and programs to all our employees
  • 2.5 days of holiday accrual from the beginning of your employment
