About the Role & Team
Join The Walt Disney Company as a Senior Finance Analyst – Nordic & Baltic, supporting our Content Sales Licensed business and wider Finance transformation agenda across the region. In this role, you will partner with commercial and finance stakeholders to deliver accurate financial planning, reporting and analysis, while also helping to drive automation, simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will play a key role in supporting financial commitments, providing insights that inform business decisions, and improving the way financial processes are delivered across the Nordic & Baltic Finance team.
This role will report to the Senior Finance Manager. You'll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community.
This role will be based in one of our Nordic offices Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo or Stockholm, with an onsite presence on 4 days a week, and one day working from home. This role is a parental leave cover, fixed-term for approx. 11 months with a target start date in October 2026.
What You Will Do
- Support the full financial planning cycle for Content Sales Licensed, including AOP, forecasts, actuals reporting and reconciliations
- Analyse, reconcile and explain financial results submitted by local and regional teams
- Coordinate planning and reporting activities in line with regional timelines and stakeholder requirements
- Prepare reporting materials, presentations and financial insights for senior stakeholders
- Deliver accurate and timely financial analysis to support decision-making and business performance reviews
- Partner closely with the Content Sales Licensed team, providing financial expertise and commercial support
- Support financial analysis related to content licensing deals and negotiations
- Drive process improvement, simplification and standardisation initiatives across Finance activities
- Develop and enhance financial models, reporting tools and automated solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Legal, Deal Management and Regional Finance teams
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
- Experience working within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Accounting or similar Finance functions
- Strong financial planning, reporting and variance analysis capabilities
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Good understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Ability to work with data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency
- Experience with SAP or similar financial/reporting systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, within a complex matrix environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent English language skills, with a preference for fluency in at least one other Nordic language
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an international and multi-currency environment
- Experience driving Finance transformation, process optimisation or automation initiatives
- Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or similar analytical tools
- Knowledge of media, entertainment, content licensing or streaming industries
