How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
Primarily focused on providing strategic value through collaboration with Sales & Account Management, determining unique value proposition for proposals presented to prospects and existing clients. Responsible for; preparing tailored executive summaries and answers to RFP questions, based on an understanding of client/prospect needs, while ensuring a cohesive and consistent message in the overall response, managing staff accountable for maintenance and accuracy of RFP database, working with Sales, Account Management, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and other functional subject matter experts as needed, driving greater RFP database functionality and utilization, and ensuring robust quality assurance review process for final proposal review by Sales & Account Management prior to submission.
Other essential duties include:
- Adapting procedures, processes, policies, tools and techniques to accomplish goals, working effectively on independent assignments as well as within teams, and demonstrating willingness to learn the business and expand skills that may benefit role through training, seminars, and in-role experience.

- Bachelors degree and 5 years of previous industry related experience required.
