We are delighted to announce the opportunity has opened to join the Alternative Heat team as Project Manager, overseeing and ultimately holding full responsibility on the delivery of specific projects across the Finland region and Europe, managing and directing the sub-contractors & direct employees and communicating with internal departments along the project lifecycle, everything from commercial, design to Health & safety.

What You'll be Doing
The role involves leading project delivery from site mobilisation through to completion, managing site teams, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. It requires strong client and stakeholder management, including providing regular progress updates, forecasts and reports. The role also oversees commercial and contractual control by monitoring labour and material costs, appointing subcontractors, and managing variations, risks and delays. In addition, it involves coordinating project planning and reporting, chairing weekly meetings, maintaining project documentation and programmes, and ensuring quality, health and safety standards are consistently met. The position is also responsible for effective project close-out, including O&M manuals, as-built drawings and certification.
