Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
Rentokil-Terminix is currently seeking an experienced Business Operations Analyst in Ontario. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction across both residential and commercial services. You will use analytical tools to optimize business operations, analyze data from multiple software platforms, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Your duties will include:
Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Acquire and consolidate data from multiple software platforms, including legacy systems, to provide comprehensive analysis.
Conduct cross-functional data analysis, exploring correlations between diverse data sets such as productivity, customer feedback, and safety metrics to drive business insights and strategic decision-making.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets from diverse sources.
Assist in the planning and eventual consolidation of multiple systems into a unified platform.
Report on findings and suggest improvements to ensure efficient territory cost management and customer satisfaction.
Any other duties relevant to data and business analysis as may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, with a strong capability in handling multiple data sources.
Demonstrated experience using AI-powered analytics and automation tools to improve operational efficiency, streamline reporting, generate business insights, and support data-drive decision making.
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming.
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
Experience with logistics and route optimization tools such as Route4Me, Llamasoft, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information from various sources with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with multiple software platforms and the ability to extract and consolidate data effectively.
Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
