Who we are:

The Collateral Management Platform (CMP) team is seeking a QA automation engineer to support critical collateral business initiatives.

This role requires a self‑motivated individual who can rapidly build business and platform knowledge, work effectively in a complex regulatory environment, and deliver high‑quality solutions for test automation of mission‑critical collateral processes. CMP underpins firm‑wide collateral processing across multiple asset classes and regulatory regimes.

As a QA Automation engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality of the platform, enabling faster release cycles, ensuring regulatory and client commitments are delivered.

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a candidate with minimum 7-10 years of experience software IT industry with hands-on QA & QA Automation.  This role will be responsible to perform functional and automation testing, which including Functional testing, ROI evaluation, automation framework & scripts development, and continuous integration etc. The role is based in Hyderabad, India.

As Hybrid Quality Assurance Engineer, you will:

  • Defining, analyzing, and documenting project requirements.
  • Evaluating the automation ROI and applying best practices for effective communication and problem-solving across global teams;
  • Hook-up test framework with continuous build/deployment tools.
  • Writing, reviewing and implementing test cases for automation.
  • Performing integration, functional, regression and E2E testing.
  • Participating in automation design and review and outstanding issue resolve.
  • Providing L3 production support as and when required
  • Effectively use Git Hub Copilot in test case generation, test scripts and automation

Core/Must have skills:

  • Primarily adaptable and agile to any SDLC conditions and zeal to contribute in any given task.
  • Familiar with OOPS concepts and preferably Java programming language.
  • Demonstrable and current hands-on experience in automation testing tools (e.g. Selenium/Playwright) and scripting languages. Experience with and understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL) and UNIX.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting skills. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the project team.

Good to have skills: Preferably within BFSI domain with Collateral knowledge.
