About the role

Our DT Supply Chain team, composed of 18 people, is integrated in the IT department and focuses on Managing Supply Chain systems in collaboration with Managed services (external providers).

As a Supply Chain Technology & Business Analyst Apprentice, you will work on a variety of digital and business-related initiatives supporting Supply Chain operations and applications. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers while contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital landscape.

You will be accountable for:

  • Supporting the monitoring and follow-up of application support and maintenance activities delivered by external partners
  • Contributing to the analysis and continuous improvement of Supply Chain business processes and digital solutions
  • Participating in incident, service request, and problem management activities
  • Assisting in the preparation of performance indicators, service reviews, and operational reporting
  • Supporting project, enhancement, and business analysis activities across Supply Chain and Global Trade solutions

We offer an apprenticeship contract (12 to 24 months) based on a hybrid working mode, located in Lyon (France) or Lisbon (Portugal). This apprenticeship can start on September, October or November.

About you

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

A first internship, academic project, or experience in IT, data analysis, digital transformation, or supply chain is a plus.

About the pay

The base pay expected for this role is:

  • France (Lyon): €1,200 - €2,600 gross per month, depending on age, education level, and year of apprenticeship.
  • Portugal (Lisbon): €950 - €1,300 gross per month, depending on education level and applicable local apprenticeship/internship framework. The internship allowances currently referenced internally are €950/month for Bachelor level and €1,050/month for Master level.

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills, experience, education level, and applicable local regulations. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package and a broad range of employee benefits.
