What this opportunity involves:  

As an FM Project Manager at JLL, you'll serve as the primary on-site leader managing day-to-day facilities operations for an assigned property portfolio. This role places you at the heart of client relationships, where you'll oversee budgets, maintenance operations, contract services, and project delivery while ensuring all services meet established performance indicators and service level agreements. You'll engage with stakeholders across the business to align service delivery expectations while managing financial accountability and operational risk. An overview of the role:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively managing service expectations and ensuring delivery standards are consistently exceeded
  • Conduct regular building inspections and complete comprehensive reports within required governance timeframes to maintain facility integrity
  • Oversee budget management, financial reporting, and procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies while maintaining fiscal responsibility
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations as well as all contractual obligations and organizational procedures
  • Coordinate with facilities vendors and contractors to schedule and execute maintenance works in alignment with client needs and base building management requirements
  • Manage and monitor the work order platform to achieve or exceed key performance indicators and service level targets, reporting progress to stakeholders
  • Support and deliver facilities-related projects within approved budgets and timelines, collaborating closely with affected business units
  • Analyze facilities data and prepare presentations for senior management to inform strategic decision-making
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the portfolio

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or related operational roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance operations, and facilities compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through completion while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Proficiency in facilities management software, work order systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional certification such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or similar credential (preferred)
