Job description

Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam Co. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of embedded software for cutting-edge digital solutions. You will play a key role in driving innovation and ensuring the high quality and performance of our products.

Job Responsibilities**

Technical Leadership

• Own technical solutions and software architecture decisions
• Analyze customer requirements and define implementation approaches
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews
• Support technical estimation and project planning

Development

• Design and develop complex embedded software components
• Lead debugging and root-cause analysis activities
• Support software integration and qualification testing

Mentoring

• Guide and mentor junior engineers
• Drive engineering best practices and coding standards

Job Qualifications**

Experience

• 5+ years of embedded software development experience
• Strong experience in Automotive Embedded Systems
• Experience leading technical activities or small teams

Programming

• Advanced C/C++ expertise

Embedded Systems

• Multi-core embedded systems
• RTOS or Bare-metal development
• Embedded Linux knowledge is advantageous

Automotive Technologies

• Automotive communication protocols
• Software architecture design
• Requirements management

Engineering Process

• ASPICE awareness or experience
• Software quality and process compliance
• Functional safety awareness
