We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that support complex business needs.This role combines deep technical expertise with architectural leadership, focusing on Salesforce development, integrations, automation, and platform optimization.You will work on high-impact initiatives that transform business processes through innovative cloud solutions and custom applications.The position requires hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce architecture, and modern development practices.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.This is an opportunity to influence enterprise technology strategy while delivering measurable value through Salesforce capabilities.

Accountabilities: The Salesforce Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term platform sustainability. The role requires a balance of technical execution, architectural decision-making, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

  • Design and build production-ready Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms.
  • Develop custom business logic, user interfaces, automation workflows, and integrations aligned with enterprise requirements.
  • Architect Salesforce solutions while considering platform limits, security, data models, maintainability, and future scalability.
  • Create and optimize integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other enterprise connectivity solutions.
  • Apply Salesforce development best practices, including source-driven development and Salesforce DX methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic recommendations to improve system performance.
  • Collaborate with business teams, developers, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Support the implementation of industry-specific Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies, including AI-powered features where applicable.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced Salesforce professional with strong architecture expertise, advanced development skills, and the ability to deliver complex enterprise solutions. Success in this role requires technical depth, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and 5+ years of Salesforce architecture experience.
  • Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce platform limits, and custom development.
  • Strong proficiency with Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, and platform architecture.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-controlled development practices.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, Industry Clouds, MuleSoft, Experience Cloud, Einstein AI, or Agentforce development.
