We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Work collaboratively within agile, multi-skilled teams to design and deliver world-class data solutions that serve customer needs
  • Elicit, analyze, and translate business change, functional, and non-functional requirements from diverse stakeholders into technical specifications
  • Create and maintain comprehensive logical and physical data models that adhere to governance standards and fulfill both business and technical requirements
  • Perform detailed metadata analysis including entity naming conventions, attribute definitions, data types, and data lineage documentation
  • Conduct end-to-end user journey analysis to understand system requirements beyond functional scope
  • Own the production of analysis and modeling artifacts that enable development teams to deliver working solutions
  • Act as the critical liaison between business and technical teams, bridging gaps and facilitating successful project delivery

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 10-14 years of progressive experience in data analysis and data modeling with a strong track record in financial domain expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in comprehensive data modeling methodologies (conceptual, logical, and physical), following agreed data governance and standards
  • Expert-level skills in requirements gathering, gap analysis, effort estimation, and ability to translate high-level business requirements into technical database designs and data mappings
  • Proven expertise in metadata management, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, traceability, and validity of all data-related artifacts
  • Strong individual contributor with solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ability to work independently with a sense of ownership
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport across organizational levels
  • Problem-solver with a solution-seeking mindset, capable of thriving in fast-paced, continuously evolving environments
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP BigQuery, Erwin, and Visual Paradigm (preferred)
