Job Description

The Marketing Measurement & Insights (MMI) Team combines expertise in analytics, actuarial science, and data modeling to help TD Insurance make smarter marketing decisions. The team develops and maintains dashboards, reporting solutions, and measurement models that evaluate marketing effectiveness and provide actionable business insights.

Partnering closely with marketing and business stakeholders, MMI measures performance across channels, identifies growth opportunities, and supports the development of customer-centric strategies that drive profitable growth and long-term value. Through advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making, the team helps optimize marketing investments and improve business outcomes.

The Senior Analyst, MMI will significantly contribute to the organization's profitability by being involved in the following key activities:

  • Perform data-driven analyses to identify opportunities that support profitable growth, improve customer experience, and optimize marketing investments.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define measurement objectives, success metrics, and analytical requirements for marketing, digital, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Develop business requirements and provide subject matter expertise for advanced marketing measurement methodologies, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Data-Driven Attribution (DDA), and Incrementality Measurement, collaborating closely with modeling and analytics teams on model enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations that inform strategic and tactical marketing decisions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on marketing measurement initiatives involving cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Model Factory, Digital, Pricing, Product, Distribution, and Data & Analytics.
  • Identify measurement gaps, data opportunities, and process improvements that enhance the organization's ability to evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize outcomes.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of marketing dashboards, reporting solutions, KPI frameworks, and performance measurement processes.
  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making by promoting marketing measurement best practices and increasing awareness of MMI capabilities across the organization.
  • Remain accountable for delivering insights that support acquisition, digital, and marketing initiatives, helping stakeholders achieve expected business outcomes and maximize the value of marketing investments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, statistics, economy or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analysis performance measurement, business analytics, or a related field;
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement concepts and methodologies, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Data-Driven Attribution (DDA), Incrementality Measurement, digital analytics, and marketing performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to explore data, generate insights, and validate results.
  • Has a strong problem-solving skills and problem analysis skills;
  • Effective written and oral communication skills;
  • Strong collaborator who engages colleagues, business partners and external stakeholders;
  • Superior interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with ability to present information or arguments in a convincing manner
  • Ability to drive change and influence with stakeholders at various levels of the organization;
  • Shows initiative and creativity in their work
