About the role:

Respondology is a scaling SaaS company working with some of the world’s biggest brands to help them protect their communities online and gain clarity from the noise of social media. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can connect the value of our technology to the people who use it, shaping how our story is told and ensuring our products stand out in the market. This is a chance to join a small, ambitious team where your work will directly influence our growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a deep understanding of how to position SaaS products in a way that resonates with customers and prospects
  • Brings experience translating technical concepts into simple, compelling stories that drive adoption and engagement
  • A track record of launching successful go-to-market campaigns and supporting product rollouts
  • Skilled at building clear, effective sales enablement tools (decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive battlecards)
  • Ability to analyze the market, customers, and competitors to inform messaging and positioning
  • Highly motivated and resourceful, able to navigate ambiguous environments and shifting priorities
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills with product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Excellent communicator who can tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences

What you'll do:

  • Partner with Product to shape positioning and messaging for new features and launches
  • Create sales enablement resources that give our team confidence in the field
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and content that bring our story to life
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform go-to-market strategy
  • Partner with Client Success to gather customer feedback, identify customers for case studies, and incorporate customer feedback and experience into product narratives
  • Ensure consistent messaging across website, presentations, and customer-facing materials
  • Create demo videos to rapidly educate the market on how our products work, how easy they are to use, and how relevant they are to the day-to-day work of social media marketers

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field — or equivalent work experience
  • 4–6 years of proven product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within a startup environment
  • Demonstrated experience bringing products to market and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Previous experience in the social, moderation, or marketing technology space

What we offer:

  • 100% remote, with optional access to our Boulder, CO office
  • Flex PTO, generous holidays, and a full week off between Christmas and New Year's
  • Multiple healthcare options including FSA/HSA plans
  • 401k (traditional and Roth) with company match, immediately vested
  • Fully paid family and parental leave (12 weeks per year)
  • Twice-yearly team offsites

Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000 DOE + bonus

What to expect:

This is a startup. The pace is fast and the playbook is still being written. If you do your best work inside a fully built structure, this probably isn't the right fit. If the idea of building that structure sounds exciting, we'd love to meet you.

What matters:

We recognize the value in how different backgrounds and unique experiences shape our ways of thinking. These perspectives spark the conversations that enrich our culture and, in turn, improve our products. We invite anyone who feels they are qualified to apply and join a team united by the drive to build something that matters.
