This is your opportunity to lead transformation at scale and contribute to one of Kiwibank's most complex and high impact programmes, transformation lending origination, credit risk and implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Working alongside the General Manager, Technology Leaders and senior Business Owners, you'll be the person who brings discipline and structure across the many moving parts: sequencing and connecting across the delivery system so that features flow cleanly from design to production.

This will look different than a typical ‘programme management role’ - you'll need to be comfortable presenting to Executive level one day, and driving in to the detail of platform delivery the next. You’ll partner with the programme leadership on priority and sequence and with key delivery leaders to drive cadence across squads, holding the line on technical dependencies, keeping design and build aligned across domains, and making sure what one workstream builds doesn't break another.

As a trusted leader, you'll coach and support project managers, with a broad understanding of the good governance, management and control.

We're looking for a delivery leader who understands SaaS platform implementation and thrives on bringing order to complex, multi-domain technology programmes. We'd love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Delivering large-scale Salesforce and/or Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations, ideally in banking or financial services (knowledge of origination, credit risk, decisioning and CRM/FSC a bonus)
• Driving disciplined coordination and delivery cadence across multiple platforms and squads
• Experience with cross-workstream dependency management and keeping technical delivery integrated across domains
• Proven ability to balance delivery demand, sequencing and priorities while maintaining pace and quality
• Confident working shoulder-to-shoulder with architects, engineers, product managers and vendor delivery teams to keep design and build aligned
• Experienced partnering with SI and platform vendors
• Comfortable making technical delivery visible - throughput, environment readiness, deployment cadence - and surfacing risk early
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop options and clear recommendations for technology and business leaders
• Experienced in incremental / agile delivery within complex, regulated environments
