Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and MVP scope for strategic cloud-native product domains, particularly Workshop, Parts, and Used Vehicles.
- Translate complex dealership and DMS processes into clear product requirements, scalable cloud solutions, and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead product discovery activities with dealerships, OEMs, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and validate market needs.
- Create and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) covering workflows, integrations, AI opportunities, data requirements, KPIs, and release objectives.
- Prioritize initiatives by balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, platform dependencies, and migration constraints.
- Identify and drive AI-enabled capabilities such as workflow automation, intelligent assistants, recommendations, and predictive insights.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Data, AI, Platform, Product Marketing, Sales, and Professional Services teams.
- Support the transition from legacy DMS solutions to modern cloud products while managing adoption, migration, and operational risks.
- Define product success metrics and monitor adoption, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue impact.
- Support pilot programs, product launches, go-to-market activities, and customer feedback loops.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, automotive retail software, DMS, ERP, dealership operations, or comparable enterprise environments. Strong practical knowledge of dealership workflows, especially Workshop, Parts, Used Vehicles, Aftersales, inventory, invoicing, customer and vehicle management.
- Languages: Fluent English required. Additional European languages are a plus. (Interview will be conducted in English).
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence technical, commercial, customer-facing, and executive stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Strong product strategy, roadmap management, product discovery, PRD writing, KPI definition, API and integrations knowledge, SaaS platforms, cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, security and data management principles. Familiarity with AI-powered products, workflow automation, analytics, predictive insights, and LLM-enabled experiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment, navigate ambiguity, build stakeholder alignment, and drive strategic decisions across multiple teams and countries.
